Terms of Use

[PLACEHOLDER] The Terms of Use are pending finalisation by UniDoc Health legal counsel. This placeholder exists so the partner sign-in acceptance flow can be tested end-to-end. Replace this body with the final approved Terms text before launch.

Partners signing in to the Partner Hub will be required to accept these Terms (along with the Privacy Policy) before accessing gated resources. Each accepted version is recorded against the partner's account so we can demonstrate, if ever asked, exactly which version of the Terms a given partner accepted and when.

You agree to use the Partner Hub solely for the purposes for which access was granted to you, not to share your sign-in credentials, and not to redistribute resources downloaded from the Hub outside of your organisation without prior written consent from UniDoc Health Corp.
