VANCOUVER, BC — UniDoc Health Corp. (CSE: UDOC) (FRA: L7T) (OTCQB: UDOCF) has closed its acquisition of AGNES Connect software from AMD Telemedicine, following the announcement made on March 19, 2025.
Transaction Details
Pursuant to a definitive purchase agreement dated March 18, 2025, UniDoc acquired several assets including the AMD Telemedicine name and associated goodwill, the AGNES Connect software, intellectual property rights, customer subscriptions, and accounts. The company paid AMD US$175,000 in cash plus a revenue share arrangement.
CEO Antonio Baldassarre stated: "The AGNES Connect software forms the foundation of UniDoc's NEIL Connect software platform, and I am excited to complete this acquisition and bring the ownership and future development of this software in house."
He emphasized that AGNES Connect has operated commercially for several years with an established national and international customer network. Baldassarre indicated the company intends to support existing subscribers while expanding the customer base, viewing the acquisition as "an additional opportunity to generate sustainable revenue."
